I love my apartment, but I HATE the apartment complex. The new staff is very fake and pretend to be helpful, but they really are not at all! I had to ask four times (in person) that something be fixed! I also did not know they were raising my rent until I was ready to resign my lease! Parking is HORRIBLE! There are garages, but there is a long waitlist! The prices for garages also went up to a ridiculous price for the South Bend area. I do not feel safe at night when I have to park far away and walk by myself into my building. For the $$ you pay in rent, I would go to a newer complex -- you will get more for your money!
