Whatever-the new management is a lot more friendly and fair than the last staff was! At least they are professional and understand the meaning of customer service!!!

Hey Kelly why slander the old management team; if new management is doing what they are supposed to do you would not be afraid of any comments the tenants are making. Sounds like the residents at the pointe are really missing previous management!!!
