The pointe used to be run by good caring staff but the new owners don't care about the tenents and are very phony and pretentious. They attempt to reel you in and will use cruel tactics to accomplish their goals. I have lived here for 3 years and now I have become to uncomfortable to renew my lease so I'm looking for a house or condo. The management will eventually wake up to the market but it will be to late for current tenents.
