I wrote a review a few months back about these apartments and they pulled it from the site. Apparently it hurts to hear the truth.

Just to add to my first evaluation of these apartments we moved out in January, it is now July, and I still have not received my deposit. Nice huh' They claim they were mailing it to my former roommate but of course, that never happened.

So now I feel my only form of recourse is to continue to post reviews and make sure people know how craptastic this place really is.

If you enjoy the following things, the Pointe is the place for you

- Cars getting towed/broke into multiple times
- Vomit on the stairs for 2 weeks before getting cleaned up
- Dead bodies in the St. Joe River (just an added perk, no extra charge from the office or this one)
- Outdated appliances
- Drug dealing neighbors who like to fight and scream at random hours of the night
- A maintenance crew that proves changing a light bulb requires a degree from MIT

That sums it up for now. But remember we are also talking about an apartment complex that LOST PEOPLE S RENT CHECKS and then tried to charge late fee s when the new check wasn t issued in time.
