WOw! Finally a place to voice my frustration with this place. I have too much to say about this place and this forum space is not enough for me to voice it all out. Ok.... I might be a little dramatic, but I will try to be objective about this place. So I will break down each point and give brief examples.

1. Sewer and Trash..... This is the first place that will charge you sewer and trash.

2. The Apartment conditions. This place is awful from the nasty smell of dirty carpet to the closet doors falling apart to the leaking faucets. hmmmmmm oh I am not done yet. The place is bad really bad. If you are desparate then this is the place for you.

3. The price..... Very very very expensive I am paying almost 700 bucks for a run down two bed room place...... Yes call me stupid.... I admit it.... I totally fell in love with my dingy run down abode... hec what got in to me!

4. The noise..... if you can cosider comming home in the middle of a bomb run peaceful then welcome home.

5. The management..... I cannot give you enough insight to the people running this place..... bad bad bad bad..... the maintainance is awfully slow.... the corridors are dirty and has that wonderfully fermented mildew smell raidiating from the floors of the halls.

Personal advice: There are much better places to live, cheap and above the standard

professional advice: if you have an ounce of common sense don't even turn into the drive way.... just drive on....

Can you tell me more about number 5 on your list? I am trying to bring to light what I saw when I came there and want the management company to see it as well. Thank you!
