Put it simply:
1)The mangement are imbeciles. Rarely will you met such rude, stupid people (especially ones who will lie to your face).
2)You'd like to think the rent is a joke, but no they are serious when they charge you for sewer and trash.
3)ND students watch out for the rent discount, it is revoked if you pay on the second of the month (even if the first falls on a sunday).
4)Maintenance.....no. Expect to suffer permenantly from dripping taps, running toilets, and broken closets. Don't complain though, it's easier to live with broken stuff, then to wait weeks to have to repaired - badly.
5)High resident turn over. See 1-4 above.

Can you give me specific on the "management"? I am an Accoutn Executive and my manager used to live here when he went to college. I dont think the management company has a true idea of who is inthe office. Aron seems very nice. Thanks for the responce!
