I rented here a year ago, alot of things are improving since then. They have replaced the maintenance staff with a higher quality group of guys. They have also replaced the office staff with much kinder and helpfull people. They have also started constructing a new clubhouse that will have a fitness room inside.(Cant wait) All in all, its not a bad place at all to live, and is close to campus and the downtown area of south bend.

I thought that the wierd smells were part of the amenities! LOL. All units stink!

Like a lot of tenants I thought things were changing. I live here only because it is close to ND. But, every three months they fire or the entire staff quits from office workers to janitors. They must tell each new bunch that the last batch were bums. I thought this was going to change, but sadly none of the things I thought would change actually did. Now you can't find parking, the garages are not finished ( there is less parking now), lights are out, porches are undone and unsafe, and the new janitors are getting on the job training. It is the OWNER not these employees that are the problem. I actually feel sorry for them because I am sure they are told a bunch of bull.

yah the head of maintenance is really good. He deals with that property manager that doesnt allow him to do anything that benefits the residents or the property. That's about it though. Management here sucks and if you need something done, do not call the office. YOU WILL GET A RUN-AROUND. Just call corporate if you want something done right away. If you like waiting for a month or so to get something simple fixed, then more power to you!!! If you dont then call corporate or the BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREA.

The GM is an idiot!!! She is so deep into the politics and the deceptions that she has forgotten the important facts. Look around the place so many empties available to rent. The owner is not a complete idiot, she will eventually loose her job. This should of happened long ago, but she seems to be good at pointing fingers at everybody else. Bottom line in bussines is the GM is responsible for all activities usually not being allowed to continually finger point. Its her duties to make sure properties run smoothly and she does not seem to be doing the job at all well. Hey GM stop making excuses, if you cant do the job take a walk and let someone who actually cares about the ones who carry your posterior. The tennants!!! No tennants and you wont need to lay blame anymore. Your Pathetic!!!

OWNER COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO US RESIDENTS IN GREAT DETAIL WHY ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND THE GM STILL HAS HER EMPLOYEMENT? GM SURELY AT SOME POINT IN TIME MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR PRODUCTIVITY OF YOUR PROPERTY. PERHAPS GM IS RELATED OR A FRIEND? GM SURELY ISN'T THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL THAT CAN GET THE JOB DONE? WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE BREWING! TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS!
