Mediocre

I have lived here 5 months and have 7 more to go on my lease. I still do not have a key to my side door and it took them a month to get me a key to my mailbox.
Supposedly there is new management staff, so we will see how that goes.

My main problem is my upstairs neighbors who sound as if they are coming through my ceiling EVERYDAY and NIGHT! My god, they stomp around like a herd of elephants. Other neighbors seem nice enough though.(Update: There are new neighbors, so now I have people above me and beside me stomping around, at all hours of the night waking me up. What are they doing, running a triatholon at 3 am')

The other complaint I have is that there is NEVER any parking. I come home from work and have to park either in the back away from my apartment where they are constructing new garages or drive around for awhile until someone's visitors leave so I can get a space close to my own apartment. Another thing about parking is that if you do get a space, be VERY careful as people will park right next to your car and ding the side or leave you very little room to get in your car in the morning.(Update: with all the winter weather, the parking lot is always a mess. The parking spaces never get plowed as people are scared to leave in there cars as they will lose their space. The yard in front of my apartment is now a pond due to the rain and melting snow, the sidewalks also flood then turn to sheet of ice that no one does anything about).

I moved here because I have a dog that is over 20 pounds and no one else would let me move in with her. Thats a Plus for this place. They are pet friendly.

The apartment itself is ok, the carpets are dirty though, the washer works ok but the dryer takes an hour to dry one very small load of clothes. The heat is electric baseboards and so far this winter Im FREEZING, yet paying 80 bucks for electric bill. (two more electric bills since this post, one was 112$ then last one was 126$, Im bracing for February's bill probably 150$ or more! And Im still freezing and have my heat turned to 60. I pay 685/month in rent, plus 25$ water & sewage, plus this outrageous electric bill, have no money left over to buy groceries. God, I have to get out of the place before I end up at the mission).

Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the fact that I have elephants living above me, Im freezing and have no where to park on an average day and the rent is outrageous.
