If you need a place ASAP and a have a large breed dog, this is the place to be in South Bend. CLose to the new riverwalk and Notre Dame. However, everything about the apartment sucks. They are old. They smell. Employees of the complex turn over every 2 weeks, and no one knows what they are doing in the management office. Something broke' Expect a month for things to be fixed. No joke! The "new" carpeting in your apartment is piece-mealed together and not 100% clean.
They do not let you out of a lease. You are stuck for a year if you sign it! BEWARE!
