In response to all of the bad feedback I have read here I understand the unhappy and dismal reveiws. Any community is only as good as the staff who runs and takes care of it.I know ther has been some bad even very bad people at Riverside North. the Property always reflects what the staff puts into it. If they take pride in their work the property will reflect that. I was the Maintenance Supervisor for 8 years. Riverside North was the place to be. I found it very odd in a few of the reveiws it was stated the buildings were not built well. That is a TOTAL UNTRUE statement. I worked in Apartment Maintenance for 15 years. Riverside North is built better than any apartment I worked at or lived. Most apartment walls are made of drywall. Riverside is constructed of all plaster. I never once in 8 years had to reair a wall from door knob going through it, or someone getting mad and putting their fist through it. In 8 years i never once had a water pipe break in a wall and flood all apartments around it. The other two Apartments I worked at that was almost a weekly event. Oh yea they also had drywall walls and ceilings. Riverside also has Concrete Fire Walls. You get a 2 foot space and drywall at the other places I worked. I worked with------------who also posted. We had a great team in those days. I feel that Riverside North is in for a big change.And a change for the better. I am going back to Riverside to do Maintenance again. I cant wait! I will rate the property how i rememberd, then will rate again at a later date. It is a Great community.

Yah he states the obvious, but he knows as well as anybody in the maintenance field or anybody who knows anything about code violations, this place has tons of code violations. If you are unhappy about anything CALL CODE INFORCEMENT.

This guy above named -----M isnt he an employee there? If so this breaches the rules of this sight at least posing as an ex tennant while being employed there, in order to boast ratings its just wrong. Well you see what ---------has her employee's doing that is also wrong, go GM your quite the peice of work. Kinda old looking for your age just remember spackle it works on old arse cars that have been rode hard. It seems that knowing right from wrong is not what MS. General Manager worries about during her wreckless rule breaking Im going to keep my job even if i have to wipe my lips a bit, wear knee pads and cover things by employment turn overs. Keep up the good work riverside employee's there are always fallback jobs like Walmart greeter for u older ones. Or maybe seek an education.

How can you rate an apartment when you have never lived there, and when you admit you havn't been there in years? It is a --------- I had to live there!! I challenge you to move in there for a while and then review it.
