Living here cost me hundreds of dollars extra because of various rip off fees management would pile on--in just a year. In the end, I could have rented a much nicer place for less money in nearby apartment complexes.

The management was incredibly incompetent--nothing ever got done.

Finally, the actual apartment was noisy as hell. The walls were paper thin. I could hear everybody's pets and parties. It was old too--everything was falling apart, especially in the bathroom.

In sum, save yourself a lot of grief and nerves--move elsewhere. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Manager's Response

I am not sure what fees they are referring to however if after your lease expires and you decide to stay with us, we do have a month to month fee if you do not sign another yearly lease. We have not had noise complaints in our office from other residents hearing through the walls. We do accept dogs and we do ask our residents to keep their dogs quiet but I do know that dogs will bark if you are walking up the stairs or in the common hallways. All maintenance requests called into the office are addressed and repaired.

Um, yeah. Not even close. Where is there an apartment complex close to ND and town that you are going to get for less money? As far as old? Yup, old time plaster and lath walls. They don't use that anymore and that was the quietest way to seal out noise. If you had loud neighbors, sorry, but my side of the complex is really quiet.
