I love my apartment at RNA

I have a two bedroom apartment in the south side of the complex. When I moved-in around July of 2007, my apartment was clean, had good carpet and fresh paint all around. I'm kind of a clean freak, so if anything was wrong, I'd have noticed it.
My block of 4 units is quiet (which I know is luck most of the time) and most of the residents here are either retired, yuppies or Notre Dame grad students. I have not had a bit of issues with crime or quality of life things like noisy idiots. The complex is super close and convenient to downtown and Notre Dame / St. Mary's and is next to the River Walk which I take advantage of regularly. The pool is clean and nice, and again, not full of obnoxious people.
The management people have gone out of their way to help me and have never missed a request or made me wait when there has been something I have called about.
I'm not too sure what some of the other reviews are talking about, because my experience with RNA and the staff has been nothing but positive. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

f this isnt a bias opinion hmmmmm the south end all you hear is steel warehouse dumping scrap. Who calls the place RNA Sounds like a manager makingthese comments. There has been such a high office employee turn over that I doubt very much that you see the same person twice. Need a job there is always an opening at "RNA"? Its all about CYA at that place. I live on the south end presently and the people are great but the noise is beyond pleasing. Make sure you have a low deductable on your car mine was damaged the summer of 07 along with several other tennants autos. This is one of the most expensive communities in South Bend because you can have a pet which only adds to your expenses. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up and I can not wait.

FYI - its not a Manager its a Police Officer that gets a discount on rent.
