Fix your expectations and you won't have a problem

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
It's not the greatest apartment in the world, but what the heck do you expect for a complex that is known for its partying!! No one lives here because the prices are right or because it's qiuet and well-kept. Students live here to be part of the action and to have the ability to walk to campus.
My high rating is in reference to how Turtle Creek apartments lives up to the average ND student's expectations. I can't imagine it's fun to be management there with all of the parties, people knocking holes in the walls while drunk and students paying their rent late.
If you want to live somewhere nice and quiet this isn't for you. But you should have known that going in.
