This place is horrible! We have lived here for the past year & have had nothing but problems! Nothing ever gets fixed, 1/2 of our kitchen cabnet doors have fallen off. They have been like that for the past 8 months. The people who live here are very loud & rude. The police are here often. We have had 2 bikes stolen. The office is terrible & do nothing to help you when you have a question or concern. The mold problem along every window in the apartment was never fixed. I cleaned the mold off all the time but of course it always came right back. Even if you like the $99 moves you in - please! - DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE! You have been warned. I took the pictures last week.

It seems that we have been living at a completely different place. I moved into Waterford Glen 8 months ago. I can say that this place does have some flaws like the loud neighbors but you get that everywhere. I moved here because it was very close to my job and the price was right. The maintenance staff seems to work very hard and both guys are very nice. They even know my name. Which is different from the place I used to live. The girl in the office is very courteous and always tries to help if there is an issue she even helped me get approved for my apartment by working with me. What other place does that. I mean of course you have to wait a week if you have something that needs to be fixed but thye do try to get to you as quickly as possible. I always have a place to park and have never had anything taken from my car out there. Plus there is a police officer that works there so of course the police are always there. I have referred a few of my friends to live out here too. I would leave it up to the eyes of the beholder.

I am one of the eyes of the beholder and you are full of it. I have also lived in this hell hole and this is no place to brag about. I work nights and when I get home there is never a place to park. The carpets are horrible, closets are falling apart. The stoves are beat up and the maintence are clueless and the only reason why the office girls go out of their way to get you into an apartment is because they are just working to collect rent without having to lift a finger to make your place feel like a real home. The buildings are nasty inside and neighbors can be really disrespectful to neighbors. This apartment complex seems to let any and everyone live here, I really do not believe they do any background checks on any of their occupants. If you are a person who doesn't care where you live then this is the place for you. If you are a person who likes nice things and a healthy place to live stay as far away as possible from this place:( You will regret your stay.

That is a shame, theses people need to be ashamed, they get paid all this money to be slum lords. I can't belive the story about the mold that is very dangerous. The person who wrote that comment should call the health department. I bet someone will fix the problem real quick then.
