the truth The Good: Cheap, good location
The bad: run down, old, a lot of repairs needed
The ugly: The kids in the neighborhood are bad. They steal things and do not respect other people's cars or property. They are just letting anyone move into these apartments to get the money.

Very nice I moved in December 1 2009 and so far everything is superb. Things are being fixed and updated. Plenty of parking in most areas but some townhouses have a parking issue. Close to stores and maine streets. I am very vary happy so far and the best is yet to come from what I am being told

Leasing Staff/Maintence I lived in this complex for 2 1/2 years until I just couldn't take it anymore one of the managers stole my rent payment and cashed it out of her account, I don't think that she was ever prosecutted. They took months to respond to request for repairs! Office
