-Relatively inexpensive

-Quiet for the most part (noisy neighbor with a loud stereo)

-Single and double bedroom apartments have PLENTY of parking. 3 bedroom need more parking spaces.

-Things always get fixed promptly

-Nothing special as far as paint and appliances go
