Susan is awesome! She will help you out in any way possible! She worked with me on many issues I had moving in and out. The apartments are some of the nicest in town and worth a few extra bucks. The neighborhood is quiet even with a good deal of students here. Everything is very well maintained and taken care of asap. I would move back in a heart beat. The apartments are also well insulated so you dont hear neighbors walking around upstairs.
