I've lived in these apartments for the last nine years. The apartment is very nice and quiet and my neighbors are also quiet. The service is so-so considering the price of rent. Susan, the manager, is very crabby and snippy but things are repaired within 24 hours of being reported.
It can be difficult to get correct and complete information from Susan regarding requests for services done on the apartment.

Lawn and trash service are regular and the sidewalks and parking lots are shoveled promptly after a snow. Susan only gives a 24 hour notice when doing apartment inspections---and that's communicated to us by a flyer being posted over the mailbox. Last year my car was vandalized; my beautiful paint job was ruined and the air was let out of my tires.

I really like this place when I lived here BUT I did hear of people having car vandal isssues. They are honest about it though when you move in and tell you to keep valuables out of the car. This might be different, but the only people I know who had break-ins did leave stuff (i.e golf clubs, laptops, etc) in their car worth taking.
