Overall, Andover has been really helpful to me. I move from an entirely different state and they were very supportive and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I did finally see my apartment the day I was moving in. Their maintnence staff is a little forgettful and intrusive, but it is not that bad. The noise I could do without, but it isn't that bad...mostly street noise. The office staff has been extremely helpful in any way they can. I do wish it was a little less expensive, but they have a nice cat policy. I guess that I am just used to big city prices that I don't think it is that bad.
