The floor plan is nice and open. Although the light switches are installed in very odd places and the pantry is in the laundry room'
Its worth it despite these small inconveniences.

I like how quiet and clean the complex is. They offer rental garages and allow pets. They also conveniently provide a private staircase to those living on the second floor.

Compared to what I heard about Walker Club, this makes loitering non existent in Walker Woods which makes it a stress free rental experience.

So far the management has not given us any trouble and weve been able to keep our privacy from them and our neighbors.

I also like having the security and convience of putting in my key code instead of having to carry around a card that could get lost or broken.


Ive looked into other rental properties in this area of Vero Beach and we are spending about the same for a great 2bd/1bth that we would have been spending on less quaility rental space.

Yeah I disagree too - must be the new management company from New York thats posting these blogs as those that really live here know what really goes on.

To: Happyrenteratwc Do you have a life??? You have nothing good to say about anything and I certainly hope someone quits peeing in your cheerios every morning. Previous management was great. I am sure that the current management company has better things to do than sit around making things up on this website. If you are so unhappy here, move out!!! I bet you are up in the office everyday smiling in their faces and talking crap as you walk out the door.
