Let me say one thing first to all the people who don't agree with the bad reviews. Until you have a bad experience of your own at these apartments, which is likely going to happen, you're not going to understand where the people who write the bad reviews are coming from. Plus, you positive people are either being taken really good care of by the management for posting good reviews, or you live in the 'favorable' buildings that get shown to potential renters and not the crappy ones that have all types of problems.
