This place is a complete joke. It can get noisy on the weekends. Parking here is a nightmare and when you complain to the managers they just stare at you like you are some type of idiot and say "what do you want us to do about it, why don't you rent a car port" why would I want to rent a car port if there are parking spaces in front of my buildings, let the visitors park in the back or on the street. The internet service is the worst ever. It can go down any time and may take several days to come back up. When you complain about the internet they say "we will send the IT guys" but they never do. During the summer, the AC blows as hard as it can but the rooms are as hot as hell. And those are on days where the weather is not even 80 degrees out. In the winter, the heater could be on all day but the rooms are like a freezer there goes your electric and gas bill. when i moved in, they had just cleaned the carpets and it was wet, the moment it dried the stains reappeared, when i asked the to replace it they said "$600 please" the walls are not painted, the only thing on the walls are primer, so you can imagine moving furniture or even touching the wall would get dirty very fast. the security door is always kept open, when I keep complaining they say "we will send a letter to the building" but they never do and the door still stays open and the bugs come right in. if you live in one of the units facing the street, it is noisy like you wouldn't believe, forget about taking a nap or getting any work done. On humid days, bugs run around the place like crazy. I asked then to spray but they never did. I actually was bitten by a spider that caused my finger to get poisoned and I am still living with it 11 months later I have to take antibiotics and different meds to keep to form spreading. The staff here are complete A holes, when you ask for something or complaint they give you a dirty look as if you were a piece of s**t. when they plow during the winter, they just push the snow up against the cars and then you have to deal with getting it out. After a bad snow storm it took me about 3 hrs to dig my car out. Their gym is one of the worst I have ever seen with broken and outdated machines, not to mention that the place is so small it smells oh so bad. The swimming pool is a joke too and you could get sick just swimming in it. the fire place never worked as long as I was there, not that I would have turned it on since it was gas but it would still have been nice to be able to snuggle with the wife next to it on cold days. If you are looking for a place like this one, then you should try out east point apts they look exactly like these and cost way less. I would like to mention that most of their buildings are empty with laterally not one living in them. You would think they would try to bring down the price a bit so they would fill up. To me, this place should cost no more than 750 a month with TV and Internet the way it is. I am just waiting for my lease to run out so I can move. I am sure there are a lot more that I am missing but I think you get the piucture.
