I've only lived here for about 6 months and I LOVE it. It's really quiet, pretty new, very clean, and the manager and maintenance man are really nice and easy to get a hold of, as well as friendly. It's just like Compass Pointe, but cheaper and there are no 3 bedroom units. Pets are allowed on one side, and not on the other side. Just added a brand new office building. Love it here and would encourage anyone looking to check with East Pointe.
