The apartments are large - although applicances are out of date and def. not top of the line. This is my second apartment I have rented. In my former complex, the staff was friendly, helpful, and left you alone ... often I wish I had not moved as at East Pointe the staff is horrible!! They are all up in residences business all the time - constantly complaining to residents for every minor lease infraction (which p.s. the lease is over 12 pages long) and includes stupid provisions such as tenants are not allowed to wash their cars in the parking lot -- and the staff enforces this. Guests are not allowed to park in front of your building and have to park far away -- quite inconveint & stupid. Mainly the staff is just mean. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you like being harassed on a weekly basis for mundane things.
