The apartment is fair, but has many problems. The walls have NO sound damping capability, my neighbors are whiners, they have 3 wasted parking spaces out in front (there are 19 parking spaces in front of two buildings containing 8 apartments each, only one vehicle may be parking in these spaces for each apartment, meaning that by rule, 3 of the spaces can NEVER be occupied...), my roommate can't sleep with the AC on because it is so loud, the oven doesn't work, the refrigerator is VERY loud, and the dish washer leaks, and makes strange loud noises...
