Bad management for poorly kept buildings

From my initial walk through on the apartment, I could tell this place was not as nice as the model I had been shown. The apartment was EXTREMELY dirty when I moved in, and I had them come clean it again. The carpet was also so worn and spotted when I moved in. All the appliances are very old, and hardly work, if they work at all. There have been several leaks in my apartment, including those in the ceiling, and those under the sink. They also do not mow often enough, which wouldn't bother me if I wasn't trying to clean up after my dogs while walking them.
