I have lived at Golfview Apartments for 6 months now. I cannot wait for my lease to end and tell everyone I know how awful it is so they don't make the same mistake. First of all, parking is not managed. Property management basically said there is nothing they can do about it. Secondly, the other day I was bringing in groceries into my apartment to find maintenance in my home, unannounced and for non-emergency purposes....and this is not the first time. From what I hear from other residents, it happens on a regular basis. Also, as I understand it they have a high turn over in their Maintenance department...god only knows who has been in my home. Also, I can clearly hear the 2 girls that live next to me when they are talking in their apartment, you can hear everything through your front door. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this over painted dump.
