Where do I start'
Seemed like a nice enough place when we first moved in....however i have a dew major issues. The office staff is completely RUDE. They are constantly thinking they are better than you...it's insulting.

I was never late on a rent payment, not once. Yet, if I hadnt dropped it off by the first, the afternoon of the first i was getting a 'reminder call.' whatever, not to mention after my year, i was such a good renter, that they raised my price.


My biggest problem however lies with the 'random inspections' where theses absolute stranger maintenance men come INTO YOUR HOME if you don't answer the door. Literally, i have awoken or come home to notes on my kitchen counter about what they fixed. When i complained, it was stated that supposedly, I agreed with this in my lease. I dont know these people....i dont trust anyone to just roam around my house when im not here.

Other small gripes:

-I paid $30 extra dollars a month for a carport the entire winter. When spring hit, someone else just started parking there. Of course when I complained she stated "Well, you could just cancel it."

-We got a puppy while living there, which is fine by the lease. LITERALLY THE NIGHT I BROUGH HIM HOME i got a phone call saying a random inspection found the puppy and i cant try to hide pets....furthermore i was given a difficult time about the eventual size the dog would grow to be....literally annoying phone calls. I have a beagle. I have seen boxers and golden retreivers in windows...get over it.

Parking sucks b/c no one follows the parking rules. My neighbors (1 pair) seriously rent like 3 carports.

I hate this place...dont even waste your valuable money...move elsewhere!!!
