I've lived here for 3 years, but am moving out soon. The office staff has always been friendly. Some reviewers have said they were "harassed" about rent payments, but in 3 years, I've only received a few "reminder calls," which seem to be standard procedure if your rent is a few days late. I appreciated the calls so that I could avoid any late fees. I've never had a problem with parking, either. However, I couldn't bring myself to pay $50 or more/month for an unattached garage. The pool area is nice and clean. The grounds could use a little work, but the entrance to Golfview and the clubhouse are full of flowers--well maintained. My biggest complaint is the very outdated furnishings, hard water spots on everything, dishwasher that never cleaned (I made a maintenance request because the soap dispenser wouldn't open during the wash and detergent was left in there---they said it was fine and to use Jet Dry, which I already did), and dingy worn out carpet in the common hallways. Housekeeping in common areas is sporatic; it can look really ugly and uninviting. Overall, this is a safe place to live and is conveniently located near so many places.
