The staff is rude, mocking and uncaring. We had several problems and lived in an apartment that was unfinished when promised it would be finished upon move in. We we would go to staff or management they would state there was nothing they could do for us, tough. We lived there about 4 months and just cannot take the cheaply built apartments and horrible staff.
