I have lived here about 3 months. While I have not had any of the maintenance issues mentioned by other tenants, I have experienced the rude staff. I avoid them as much as possible because it's simply a bad experience.
I know everyone has to make money, but they nickel and dime you on the rent line items. Outrageous deposits and non-refundable pet deposits and mandatory charges for health facility, inconsistent wireless internet and VERY basic sat TV.
Parking is not an issue for me, because I have one car. However, parking elsewhere on the property is very limited.
