Poor heating. Poor snow removal. Don't recommend you move in. For premium prices, you may be told to put a space heater down in order to provide adequate heating for your unit. Dirty apartment prior to move in. Hair in kitchen drain. Brown water in bathtub upon move in. Do not move in.

However, nice pleasant staff. Not enough maintenance technicians.
