I just wanted to say, for apartment living I don't think this is a bad place to reside.
I'm not sure what the situations are for the other negative reviews, however if you treat people with respect and pay your rent on time you won't have any problems.
The internet isn't the fastest, but we use it for recreational use, not to work from home. There aren't a lot of basic channels, however you can upgrade your service for about the same amount as Comcast. The fitness center is a nice feature. The office staff has always been pleasant to us.
