When my fiancee and I first saw these apartments on a Monday we loved them... bigger kitchen, built in last couple years, internet and satelite included, garage, pool. We were debating between two places and when we went back to Aberdeen on a Saturday the rent had increased by $100. That much in 5 days!!! The fees are also huge, a $700 deposit for a two bedroom when only $250 at the most is refundable after one year; you have to live there 37 months to get it all back. The pet deposit is $400 unless your cat is fixed and declawed, then $200, none of which is refundable. It is a nice place but you will be handing them over alot of money if you don't plan on spending at least 3 years there.
