Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Lived here three months and could not stand it. Gladly forked over another $2000 to get out of my lease (note: you have to live there 37 months to get back your deposit). So I also threw away my deposit and $400 pet deposit. The walls are PAPER thin! The guy above me sounded like a heard of elephants. Would constantly be knocking pictures off of my walls and waking my baby up.
Complained several times about the noise and the problem was never taken care of. I could go on for days about this place. It is in a nice setting with the golf course.
But RUN as far away as you can and don't look back!
