My fiance and I have lived here for just over a year now, and I have to say that we haven't experienced any of these listed problems.
Parking is limited, yes, but if it's that big of a deal, it's easy to see that there isn't much additional parking before deciding to move in.
Regarding receiving back security deposits, one of the office staff members kindly explained to me the company's policy on returning them. As an incentive for residents to continue leasing at the Hills of Aberdeen, money will be taken out of the security deposit if we live there for less than 3 years or something like that.
We haven't had any noise issues at all.
There do not seem to be a lot of friendly people living here. At the pool, a lot of people seem to keep to themselves.
It seems more often that the people who have negative issues seek out a way to make the apartment complex look bad, because they're angry.
The golfcourse and woods views are beautiful, and the staff really is so friendly and willing to work with people. The Hills of Aberdeen community really is a nice place.
