My wife and I have lived here for 17 months. Our particular apartment is fine, however, I'm begining to think we have the only good one. I'm aware of several unhappy tennants. The first 12 months were rocky for us,but, with a new owner coming in, we decided to give them another chance. Sadly, no change. The parking is extremely bad, and the landscaping is horrible. They will rent to anyone with a pulse. This could be a nice place. It seems that no one cares. Definately not worth the $1,100.00 per month. Look elsewhere.
