Yes, the apartments could use some improvements and the rent is a little high. But, I must say that I have never felt uncomfortable coming home late at night. The area is safe, secure, and most of the neighbors are friendly. There is some noise from other apartments but much better than a lot of other places I have lived. The staff was extremely friendly and always knows my name when I visit the office. It isnt as bad as some of the other comments are making them seem.
