Hills of Aberdeen Luxury Apartment Homes

My husband and I have lived in the apartments since 2005. The office staff, while usually nice, has no clue about anything going on in the apartments and can't be counted on to answer questions or solve problems. The problems are usually all little things, like noise from other apartments or people taking your garbage can, but other things persist, such as our outside light going out every few days, the internet is the worst service I've ever had, and the foundation shifted so badly that every wall had a crack and our front door wouldn't close or lock anymore. When the office is told about these, the response is usually the same - they don't know how to fix the problem or it can't be fixed, so, basically, sorry. There could be more green areas within the complex (grass, trees), but the apartments are pretty open and spacious with a lot of storage, especially if you have a garage unit. But, with such high rent and barely adequate service, our friends have apartments near Target that are just as nice with 2 bedrooms and more than $200 less rent per month.
