The buildings were constructed using the cheapest quality and with poor foundation planning. More than a couple of buildings have foundational shifts that have resulted in doors that won't close, cracks under the doors that all winter winds in or air conditioning out (resulting in higher than neccesary energy bills), and objects that roll off tabletops.

The management staff would be considered by most as imcompentent and any interactions with them is time wasted. The have no ability to problem solve, are poor on response, and expect residents to continue to make accomodations rather than they as management solving the problem.

BEWARE!!!!! There is a reason this complex has an incredible vacancy rate. We are so glad to be moving out of here.

P.S. I would cautiously considering any positive posting as they are clearly written by the management team.
