Unfair rent increases!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I thought when I moved here it was a nice community...I thought wrong...apartments are falling apart and they do not fix them...the big kicker is they are attempting to raise my rent 49 dollars a month more this May...so unfair!!!Heard they do that to a lot of people, so people move in and out all the time...
