I went there today to see about possibly getting an apartment there and Michelle sat down with me and my girlfriend and told us we had to meet the minimum income in order to live there. After telling her what I made, how many hours i worked a week, and everything else she asked, she told us we didn't meet the minimum. We told her 2 other people would be living with us, and yet again she said we were short. Now we are both college students and when I got home i added eveything up, and I by myself alone make more than than the minimum income she said. How the heck she screwed that up is beyond me, but she was unpleasent and made us wait while she dealed with a current resident on the phone who wasn't happy. When we left we saw a ton of ghetto kids walking around and right then, we made up our minds. This was not the place we wanted to live at. It was downright horrid.

Ok...For one, I sure hope that they will assist a current resident before you, they pay rent, you don't! Second, there is a limit to how many people occupy the residence, only 3 people can sign a lease, as you're telling a story, that would be 4...Also, there are more rules on student occupants. And about ghetto, what do you expect? there are whites, ------, ghetto, white trash, etc...anyone and everyone who can afford this place, but doesn't make enough money to live in a richer area. If you have enough money to afford something better, then go there...but seeing that you came here first, I can almost guarantee you at the price you??re looking for, you WILL see someone ghetto living in your apartment complex.
