I applied to live at The Masters. The office staff was so rude that I cancelled my apartment. They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me move into the apartments. I decided I did not want to live there. Reluctantly, they finally gave me back my security deposit.
I do not know if the apartments were noisy or if the maintenace staff was timely, so on the survey I just left at those two at the default answer.
