I am writing about the Masters Apartments in Indianapolis or Fishers Indiana. Do not ever live there. They do not care about the safety of well being of the tenants. I had heard of some break ins and and such going on there when I lived there, and I did nothing about it till it happened to me. When I went to the office they did not care. As I was moving out I talked to some of the neighbors and they told me similar stories of the lawn care guys, strange people comin into their apartment, etc. And they too got no repsonse. The apartment employees were more concerned with noise and leaving the door open as a fire violation.
