I lived in a 3 bdrm apartment for approximately 2.5 years. While they were brand new when I moved in, they are VERY cheaply built. The walls are paper thin, and the windows leak during the winter really bad. Only half of the doors to the bedrooms closed all the way because the door jams were off, and worst of all, the furnaces are VERY loud when the fan kicks on. I had to turn up the volume on the tv when the furnace fan turned on all the time and this was my biggest pet peeve.

If your looking for a nice, and resonably priced place in Valpo, this is just fine, but beware, they are very cheaply built.
