I lived at the Masters for almost three years. When I first moved in Jeff signed me up he was so helpful and friendly. They had a very high staff turnover except for the rude office manager who could never be bothered helping you with anything. The apartment layout was nice. Although the closet doors were always falling off. The furnace was loud and windows drafty. When I moved out I was charged over 1 months rent for repainting and wear and tear. The apartment had primer on walls whenever I washed down walls the paint would just come off. I would ask over and over for the maintenance to come and do the repairs that I was charged for on my move out which I thought was wrong...so beware of that. On my move in sheet Jeff had written in that my mini blinds needed replacing as they were all bent up. These were never replaced. But I was charged for new on upon my leaving. I would not recommend the Masters to anyone I know.
