This is my second review this week. Now I use to love living here. When I moved in the stupid road in back was not there. All the new ugly building were not there either. I understand making money and getting bigger but lower the rent. They took away the great scenic view of all the trees they had with the park to put up stupid ugly buildings. As i write this i just ended a conversation with a leasing agent from another property that says they are getting more and more calls from people who used to live here. Again, I want to point out that ------ has been born again and has taken the body of our manager. The office staff has gotten so lazy that they are so far behind on all of the paper work. I wish Ped Corp would come in and clean house and go back to the old manager. Tonihgt i came home and I had to park all the way at the next building because people do not understand the one car rule. Also, I have put three calls in to the manager about my neighbor and his loud loud surround sound system..... NOTHING DONE YET! I know what some people are saying if it is that bad... move! well dont have the money to move yet. But one day I will. Now days they will rent to anyone and it is getting bad. please do not move in here and do not tell your friends about this property.

Me and my family are relocating to the Valpo area and we are moving into the Master I would like to Know is it family friendly I have one Teenage girl and two middle school age boys. I am coming from a home and never had lived in a apartment before your letter has in lighten me own what to get ready for in near future living at the master.
