Im a senior here at valparaiso University. I have a 2bd apt. The price of this place is a lil high but all of valpo is...Things are kinda not that great here...It looks nice but the furnace is SO SO LOUD...if you wana move here when you come for a visit check on that!!!! You have to turn up the TV when it kicks on. The windows leak bad in the winter...Our nipsco bill was around 65 bucks a month ontop of rent and internet. I never really had a problem with maint...i did it myself. But yeah the furnace blower is in the living room and it sounds like your at ohare airport. I think their are better places for the money.

The Masters Apartments are a great place to live. Yes, the furnaces are loud and you need to turn the tv up a little. But the amount of money i save on nipsco compared to other communities, it's worth the price. Only paying on the average of 65 dollars is about half the price i have paid at any other complex. That doesn't even take in account that nipsco has greatly increased their prices the last couple years. With a good staff and great neighbors i have enjoyed my stay.
