I have lived here for two years and am stuck here for now but I HATE IT HERE! we use to have a really nice staff to work with. The new manger has no heart, and doesnt care about her tenants. Some of the people there were there from before with the old manger have changed and are now real sour. I use to enjoy talking to her but no she is just as sour as the other tow old crabby ladies! The maintence guy put a hole in my bumper with the snow blower! Never once did he say hey man I am sorry or even notify me about the situation. The fact that they now have a paid rental of the clubhouse is --------! We pay too much for rent... give us something. Yes, they are putting up new building but all that does is drive in the low class scums. The Masters is going from the masters of apartment living to the masters of crappy living. Maintence issues do not get doen around here at all... still waiting 4 months ago. The construction sucks... blocked parking spots, mud and dirt everywhere. There is no control over the hillbilly kids playing in the streets. Last summer I almost ran over a kid 17 times. So, far alone... 11 times I have almost or come really close to running over a little hillbilly! The managment does not care at all......so far tye best thing about the masters is there are no registered sex offenders there yet....... just wait they wont care! i know i speak for almost everyone in the Masters when I say JAIME.... COME BACK!!!!

I agree with you all the way. Well except that they can do anything about the kids. Thats the parents. I have kids and the playing is fine but some kids around here get out of hand. I keep close eye on my kids, most the time I am out there with them. Maintanance does suck and I am also going on a long time without any needed window fixing done. I also have complained about parking and loud music and they say they send out letters? I have never seen one until recently but I have complained for months. This place has gone down hill in many ways and I am looking to move VERY soon. Its trashy and we pay way too much rent. Are we in valpo or Gary? Time to move on!
