My wife and I love our apartment, the rent is amazing for 3 bedrooms and two baths. We especially love having a balcony outside of out our bedroom. The windows definately need to be covered with plastic every winter or you will have your furnace running 24/7 but with $20 and about 2 hours of work its fixed. Nothing to cry about (take some initiative people). Now my true complaint is the new manager. ---- may sum it up. She seems to be oblivious to the fact that if you don't have people renting from you, you don't make money, you don't get paid. Many had told us of her reputation while she was still out in Portage and boy they were not kidding. The old staff were friendly, honest, & fair. This heffer is is rude, a liar, and shows no respect. She literally called me a liar through one of her minions but did not have the courtesy or courage to get on the phone and speak directly to me. I hope the owners realize how much damage she is doing before its too late.

Sooooooo true! The Manager was hated in Portage, which is why she's moved on to Valpo...where next? HELL where she belongs! ...damn drunk!

The property she worked at in Portage was sold to a new company in October 2007. The new company opted to not keep any of the Pedcor staff because they are mean and rude. Pedcor relocated this person to the Master's in Valpo.

I don't live in The Masters yet, but I plan to soon. And I think everyone in their office is pretty nice. As well as the apartments. I love them!! =]
